ما هي Arabi Platform؟
Arabi Platform ليست صفحة تجميع روابط، وليست مشروعًا بصريًا فوق ثلاثة نطاقات. هي طبقة مؤسسية أوروبية تمنح بوابات Arabi الوطنية بنية واحدة، وتحوّل العلاقة بينها من وجود متفرق إلى منظومة معرفة محلية مترابطة.

What is Arabi Platform?
Arabi Platform is not a link directory and not a visual layer placed above three domains. It is a European institutional layer that gives the national Arabi portals one coherent structure and turns them into a connected local knowledge system.
Platform position
The platform connects Arabi Finland, Arabi Belgium, and Arabi UK under one institutional identity. Its role is not to replace the national portals, but to clarify their relationship and guide users toward the relevant country and context.
Knowledge structure
The platform treats local knowledge as a public structure: information, services, institutions, languages, and everyday contexts. Content is therefore not presented as isolated material, but as knowledge connected to place and need.
Role boundaries
